Under the Immunization of School Pupils Act, the Perth District Health Unit must assess and maintain immunization records for all children attending school in our area . Ensuring complete immunization helps protect students against vaccine-preventable diseases.

Up-to-date immunization records assist public health to identify students at risk of contracting the speific vaccine-preventable disease if there is an outbreak at the school.
